Out at the Coach and Horses for traditional Jazz with the Featherstone Jazzmen last night. The landlord requested ‘The Sheik of Araby’ as the closing number. All the tables were booked and Ray Duval was on drums – absolutely brilliant!
Sea Scribes have another signing session in Worthing tomorrow – same day as the Worthing Birdman. Unfortunately I cannot attend but the Information Bureau is in a good spot next to the Dome.
I shall be taking books to Warwick, hoping for a few sales and starting work on the next novel in September. The recording for Voice of Progress is out, with two poems from Honey and Humbug and I am looking forward to doing the next newsletter.
I’ll try to find a photo next time!
