I found a mistake!
Any other authors try so hard to make their work perfect, only to find that even with an outside editor and about six proof reads they still miss ONE tiny typo? That has just happened to me and I feel very annoyed. At least I will have the opportunity to correct it when I go digital but it bugs me, all the same.
Now I know why editors are so expensive – and if I ever go hardback I promise to use one.
So, as well as spotting local places, readers can spot the error!
That will also be a good addition to my talks. (It could make folk laugh.) The new one is “From manuscript to microphone”so that I can include the talking newspaper as well as my books.
