In Balance – short verse
To be the perfect weight for height
To be the shape to cause delight
To stand as straight as mighty pine
With features smooth and looks benign.
When walking – waddling turns to glide
With shoulders back, head raised with pride.
When talking – words that offer calm
And eyes and voice so full of charm.
Stand on one leg – or touch the toes!
Put powder on that too-red nose,
Smooth out the skin, fluff up the hair
Look happy now, we’re nearly there!
( An exercise on helping the mental approach to slimming.
I don’t know if it was quite what was expected)
